Depending on the features you use, booking may also involve sign-in/profile information handled by Google or Facebook when you choose those sign-in options; information you submit for a waitlist; comments or service requests; and an optional nail-design reference photo you upload. We use these details to handle your appointment or waitlist request and prepare for your visit. Please upload only photos you have permission to share.

When you follow a link to or use a third-party service, that provider’s own terms and privacy practices apply to its handling of your information.

Depending on the feature, contact and appointment details may be shared with the appointment provider; payment details, if an online payment option is used, with the payment processor; sign-in information with Google or Facebook when you choose their sign-in option; technical or usage data with hosting, security, or analytics providers; and chat text with Yatoon and the AI provider configured for the assistant. These providers process information to provide their services and may handle it under their own privacy notices.

Yatoon AI Assistant

The website may offer the Yatoon AI Assistant to help with questions about services or menu items. Text you enter may be processed by Yatoon and, depending on the site configuration, connected AI providers such as Google Gemini, OpenAI, or Anthropic Claude. Those providers may process the text under their own terms and privacy policies. Please do not enter payment details, passwords, or sensitive personal or medical information into the assistant.

The assistant is optional. When available, the chat interface displays a notice and asks you to acknowledge before sending a message to the configured AI service. It provides general information only; please confirm current services, prices, and appointment details directly with us.
